Are you interested in living a life of balanced health? Then join other men and women in pursuing lasting change from the inside out as each of us seek to surrender our mind, body, emotions and soul to Jesus. This program includes daily study, prayer, scripture memory, and an emphasis on eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Each meeting will feature a wellness teaching, fellowship, weigh- in (optional) and small group Bible Study discussion using the new book SEEK GOD FIRST. Registration includes all materials*.
