Want to live a balanced life by giving God first place and enjoying good health -- physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally? Then join Pastor Mike and Cindy McDowell for 12 weeks this Spring for First Place 4 Health, a life-changing healthy living program open to the whole community! We will meet every Wednesday from 6:30-8 pm from April 7 – June 23, 2010 at First Church in Old Wethersfield (www.FirstChurch.org) -- 250 Main Street, exit 26 off I-91. Although weight management is often the motivation for joining First Place 4 Health, our focus is not just on the number on the scale. By applying disciplines affecting the whole person—the body, the mind, the heart and the spirit—you will not only experience physical health but also total health for life! We will study the newest FP4H Bible study, “God’s Purpose for You” written by Lucinda Secrest McDowell (www.EncouragingWords.net).
