Are you interested in living a balanced life in mind, body, spirit and emotions? It's hard to do alone and that's why we are "better together"! Join other men and women in pursuing lasting change from the inside out as each of us seek to surrender our mind, body, emotions and soul to Jesus. This program includes daily study, prayer, scripture memory, and an emphasis on eating healthy and exercising regularly. Each meeting will feature a wellness teaching, fellowship, weigh- in (optional), small group discussion using the book "Giving Christ Control" Registration includes all materials*.
